My name is Amy and I am the baker and decorator behind Cake Shop Corner. I have baked with my Grandma and Mum ever since I was a tiny tot and have a great passion for trying out new ideas and designs.

I bake from my home in Eastleigh, Hampshire, which is registered with the local council as a food premises and has successfully passed their inspections. I also hold all the relevant food hygiene certificates and insurance required to run a food business.
